What is Sudosadistic?

Sudosadistic is a lifestyle brand that blends luxury, streetwear, and bold self-expression. We create statement jewelry, fashion, and accessories for those who refuse to be basic. If you’re looking for safe, simple, or subtle — this ain’t it.

Is everything handmade?

Most of our jewelry pieces are handmade with care, using high-quality materials like stainless steel, premium beads, imitation pearls, and custom findings. Some apparel and accessories may be produced in small batches with trusted manufacturing partners to maintain exclusivity and quality.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes — limited custom orders are available for select jewelry pieces. If you want something unique, hit us up via the Contact page or DM us on Instagram @sudosadistic. We’ll let you know if it’s possible. 

What’s your shipping policy?

We ship worldwide. Orders are usually processed in 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Shipping delays can happen, especially during high-volume times, but we always got you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our pieces are handmade and often one-of-one, we accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of delivery, and only under the following conditions 

You received the wrong item Your piece arrived damaged or severely tarnished There was a mistake in your order (wrong size, color, or variation) If any of the above apply, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and your order number so we can make it right.
Please note:

All returns must be unused and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wear & tear over time

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Sudo pieces looking fresh:

• Avoid direct contact with, sweat, lotions & perfumes
• Store in a cool, dry place (original pouch or box is perfect)
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

Treat your jewelry like art — because it is.
